Return & Exchange policy
All item can be exchange or refund within 30 days from the order date due to damaged & faulty item only (subject to availability). After 30 days, we cannot accept a refund or any exhange anymore.
Please notify us immediately via email at email@example.com or Whatsapp us at +60175864277 after you received the damaged/ faulty item. It will help us a lot to speed up your return/exchange process.
Items must be returned with their original tags still intact and packaging with the proof of postage of the item
Original Invoice/Receipt must be provided
We reserve the right to reject any claim of damage/refund and return the items back to you based on any of the terms outlined in our policy, goods will be returned to you in the same condition they are received in.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
We cannot accept items that have distinct odour or signs of wear and tear.
Once we satisfied with your damaged/faulty item, we will proceed your refund or send you a replacement of your item as soon as possible.
Your shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Please provide us your Name, clear picture of the order item, transaction payment ID, Order ID, and your shipping tracking number.
- Please send us the damaged/faulty item back to our HQ at 419,Jalan Bunga Raya,Taman Wangi,18300 Gua Musang, Kelantan.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Finally, We will proceed your refund/exchanges ASAP. Please wait patiently as the time for these processes may be vary.
- You will be notified via email once your refund has successfully been approved. It may take 2-3 days to fully received your refund after approval.
